Booking and Payment:

• The pricing is based on number of persons coming to the property.

• Any person aged 10 or above is considered an adult. Kids below 10 years are not charged.

• 50% of the total amount must be paid to confirm the booking.

• Remaining 50% must be paid at the time of check-in.

• If the customer wants to pay via a specific payment method, prior notice must be given to management.

Cancellation and Re-scheduling Policies:

• We have a non-refundable policy.

• Booking can be rescheduled with prior notice of 7 days.

• Management reserves the right to accept or deny the rescheduling request.

Check-in and Check-out Times:

• Standard check-in: 2:00 PM; check-out: 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to management approval and may incur additional charges.

Occupancy Limits:

• Customers must inform management of any change in the number of guests.

• Pricing is adjusted accordingly.

• No charge for children below 10 years.

• If more than 5 kids are present, management may apply additional charges.

Pet Policy:

• All properties are pet-friendly.

• Guests are responsible for their pets' food and safety.

• Any property damage or untidiness caused by pets may incur extra charges.

Kids Policy:

• Guests are responsible for their kids’ safety.

• Management holds no responsibility for children’s actions.

• Guests with infants must inform in advance and carry their food if needed.

• Children must be supervised around the swimming pool and lawn.

Damage and Liability:

• Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay.

• Guests must keep the property clean and in good order.

• Any breakages or damage must be compensated by the guests.

• Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

Use of Amenities:

• Swimming Pool: Guests should carry their own swimwear. Guests are responsible for their own safety in the pool. Guests sensitive to pool water should take necessary precautions.

• Outdoor and Indoor Activities: Guests should handle all provided equipment with care. Any damage or breakage will be charged additionally.

• Electronics (Speakers, Projectors, TVs): All provided electronics must be handled responsibly.

Behavioural Expectations:

• Guests must behave responsibly and respect property rules.

• Zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, threatening, or violent behavior toward staff or guests.

Alcohol and Drug Policy:

• Alcohol is not served on the premises.

• Guests must obtain a liquor license from the government if they wish to consume alcohol on site.

• Strict prohibition on drugs, marijuana, and hookah.

• Management assumes no liability for legal issues arising from guest activities.

Food:

• Outside food is not permitted.

• Food orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled.

• Food preparation takes a minimum of 20 minutes.

Event (Decor and Catering):

• Guests must inform management in advance for any décor plans.

• Management reserves the right to deny décor that may cause property damage.

• Outside catering is allowed only after discussion with management.

• Prior permission and possible charges apply for kitchen or utility usage.
